Process crash via out-of-bounds decompression read

An out-of-bounds read in bzip3 1.2.2 allows attackers to crash a consuming process when it decompresses a crafted archive. In bz3_decompress, memcpy uses a read length larger than its heap-allocated source region after a caller supplies an undersized output buffer. The trigger violates the API buffer-size contract; the maintainer therefore disputes the vulnerability, while the published reproducer ends in process abort.
