Process crash via uncleared libsais transform buffers

Out-of-bounds write in libbzip3.a in bzip3 before 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to crash a process by supplying a crafted archive. In bz3_decode_block, the inverse Burrows-Wheeler transform passes uncleared sais_array and output buffers to libsais_unbwt, allowing a four-byte heap write beyond the allocation. A user or consuming application must decode the archive; the demonstrated consequence is process termination, with no reported data disclosure or code execution.
