Authenticated code execution via malicious HTTP payload
Published Apr 18, 2023 · Updated Feb 5, 2025
Improper input validation in Conext Gateway, InsightHome, and InsightFacility 1.16 Build 004 and earlier lets remote authenticated users execute code. Schneider Electric has not identified the HTTP endpoint or validation error that causes the application server to execute a malicious payload. A valid high-privileged account and network access to the HTTP interface are required, and successful exploitation runs code with the application server's privileges.
