Code injection via newline-split cgo directives

Code injection in the Go command before 1.19.10 and 1.20.0 through 1.20.4 allows attackers to inject code when building untrusted cgo modules. cmd/cgo places unescaped source paths in //line directives; a newline in a directory name terminates the directive and injects Go tokens into generated source. Exploitation requires cgo and an untrusted module already present on disk, including GOPATH mode; modules obtained with go get are unaffected.
