Cross-database code execution via undisclosed isolation failure
Published Apr 26, 2023 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Remote code execution in IBM Db2 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5 allows remote authenticated users to cross database boundaries. IBM has not disclosed the affected Db2 functionality or the operation that fails to enforce database-level isolation. Database-administrator privileges on one database are required; exploitation executes code or reads and writes files from another database in the same instance.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
