Stored XSS via unsafe task-attribute HTML construction

Stored XSS in Apache Airflow before 2.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser via task details. The task-instance JavaScript reads attribute markup through innerHTML, embeds that value in template-built anchor or time markup, and assigns it back to innerHTML instead of creating a text node. Exploitation requires permission to store a crafted task attribute and another authenticated user to open the affected details page.
