Incorrect authorization in F5 BIG-IQ 8.0.0 through 8.2.x allows remote authenticated users to upload arbitrary files via iControl REST. F5 has not disclosed the endpoint or the authorization check that permits Viewer and Auditor roles to place attacker-controlled files. Viewer or Auditor credentials are required, and uploaded files can alter stored content and interrupt service without exposing confidential data.
