HTTP verb tampering in affected SAP CRM WebClient UI S4FND and WEBCUIF versions allows remote authenticated users to expose form fields. The web request handler accepts attacker-modified HTTP methods, but SAP has not published the affected endpoint or the specific method-validation error. Authenticated network access is required, and the documented consequence is limited to form-field exposure.
