Hidden-edit disclosure via omitted rev_deleted check

Information disclosure in MediaWiki GrowthExperiments through 1.39.3 allows remote attackers to view username-hidden edits. The NewImpact module displays recent or highly viewed edits without filtering revisions whose rev_deleted flag hides the editor identity. A remotely reachable impact view exposes the page titles of suppressed edits, while no integrity loss or service interruption is reported.
