Credential disclosure via unprotected plaintext system logs
Published Nov 5, 2024 · Updated Nov 5, 2024
Information disclosure in Enel X JuiceBox Pro Cellular before 2.1.1.0_JB3VU096A allows remote authenticated users to read system logs. The Web Manager omits access control on log retrieval and stores Wi-Fi, APN, IPsec, web-account, and firmware details in those logs as plaintext. An adjacent-network user with low privileges can obtain credentials and internal configuration, with no reported ability through this flaw to alter data or interrupt charging.
