Service interruption via SIP URI stack overflow

Stack buffer overflow in six Samsung Exynos processors and modems allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted SIP URI. In IMSPL_SipUri.c, reversed colon and semicolon positions make an unsigned length reach 254 bytes while the signed bounds check sees a negative value, so strncpy overflows a 31-character stack buffer. An unauthenticated SIP reginfo message reaches the decoder without user interaction; published assessments limit demonstrated impact to availability.
