Service interrupt via negative-size multipart memcpy

Memory corruption in Samsung Exynos modem SIP decoding allows remote attackers to interrupt baseband service via multipart messages. IMSPL_SipFragDecode passes a negative body-length value to memcpy, causing an out-of-bounds read and heap overwrite during body decoding. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the crafted multipart body must reach the modem SIP processing path.
