Modem service interruption via SIP heap overflow

Heap buffer overflow in Samsung Exynos baseband processors allows remote attackers to interrupt modem service with a crafted SIP Retry-After header. The SIP decoder insufficiently validates the Retry-After parameter before writing parsed data beyond its heap buffer in IMSPL_SipRetryAfter.c. Exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction but has high attack complexity; published impact is limited to service interruption.
