Published Apr 13, 2023 · Updated Feb 7, 2025
Command injection in ChangePasswordAction in Zoho ManageEngine ADManager Plus before 7181 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The function passes a user-supplied proxy-setting string to a system call without proper validation, allowing injected commands to run as the service account. Exploitation requires authentication and access to modify proxy settings; successful requests execute arbitrary code with the service account's privileges.
