Authentication bypass in Becton Dickinson FACSChorus 3.0 through 5.1 allows remote attackers to disclose NTLMv2 hashes via local-network requests. The hosting Windows operating system accepts LLMNR, MBT-NS, or MDNS requests without validating the requested resource, sending a user's NTLMv2 hash to a malicious responder. The attack requires a domain-joined workstation, local-network position, and user action; weak passwords can then be cracked, while no direct integrity or availability impact is reported.
