Missing USB access controls in BD FACSChorus 3.0 through 3.1 and 5.0 through 5.1 allow physically proximate attackers to access system data. The workstation operating system accepts interactions from any USB device because no whitelist restricts the exposed ports. Physical access and a low-privileged account are required; exploitation exposes system information and can disable workstation access, but not external components.
