User impersonation via empty invitation rights

Improper authentication in Apache OpenMeetings 3.1.3 through 7.0.0 allows remote attackers with a private invitation hash to impersonate users. During invitation-hash sign-in, WebSession.setUser treats an empty rights set as absent and replaces it with the target user's stored rights. Possession of a valid private invitation hash is required; successful use grants the impersonated account's permissions and data access.
