Session hijacking via preserved pre-login identifier

Session fixation in Fastify @fastify/passport before 1.1.0 and 2.0.0 through 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to hijack user sessions. The SecureSessionManager login path preserves an attacker-chosen sessionId when authentication succeeds instead of regenerating it. Exploitation requires @fastify/session, placement of a valid cookie in the victim's browser, and the victim to log in before the attacker reuses that authenticated session.
