Service interruption via excessive header allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Traefik Proxy before 2.9.10 and 2.10.0-rc1 allows remote attackers to exhaust memory via HTTP headers. Go's shared net/http and net/textproto header parser overallocates memory for certain unusual patterns in small HTTP requests. Any network client that can reach a Traefik HTTP entry point can drive disproportionate allocation without authentication, terminating service when memory is exhausted.
