Remote crash via recursive IPv6 packet forwarding

Uncontrolled recursion in Contiki-NG 4.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash an IPv6 host with a crafted source routing header. tcpip_ipv6_output forwards a packet whose computed next hop is a local address, re-entering IPv6 output until the call stack is exhausted. Any attacker able to deliver IPv6 packets to the host needs no authentication or user interaction, and the bounded consequence is a service-interrupting crash.
