Policy bypass via JDPI-Decoder allocation exhaustion

Improper memory allocation in Juniper Networks Junos OS AppID on SRX Series allows remote attackers to bypass dynamic-application policy actions. The JDPI-Decoder exhausts its sequential allocation while inspecting crafted dynamic-application traffic, stops identifying flows, labels them junos:UNKNOWN, and passes them without the configured action. The condition requires JDPI-Decoder to be enabled with an affected AppID SigPack, and the resulting policy bypass permits traffic that inspection was configured to control.
