Sensitive-data disclosure via plaintext trace capture

Information disclosure in IBM MQ 8.0, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3 allows local users to read sensitive data from trace files. When AMS setup is enabled and MQ trace is running, the tracing logic captures sensitive data and stores it in plaintext in trace files. Exposure requires AMS or Java messaging and active tracing; the reported consequence is local plaintext disclosure, not data modification or service interruption.
