Bulk product deactivation via missing nonce validation
Published Jun 9, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in WP EasyCart 5.4.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to bulk deactivate products through a forged request. The process_bulk_deactivate_product function accepts the request without verifying a WordPress nonce tied to the administrator's session. Exploitation requires an administrator to act on an attacker-controlled request, after which selected store products are marked inactive.
