Command injection in Apache UIMA DUCC allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as the account running its web process. The Apache advisory does not disclose which core-entity field reaches an operating-system command or the unsafe command-building operation. Exploitation requires an authenticated account with permission to modify core entities, and successful commands inherit the web process account's privileges.
