Code execution via fragmented HCI length overflow

Integer overflow in JOYNEXT MIB3 OI MQB 0304 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to enable code execution via fragmented HCI packets. In tsd.bt.phone.mib3, PHYLINK_ReassemblePacket adds each fragment length to pLink->rxLen without preventing integer wraparound, letting an undersized total pass the L2CAP MTU check. Bluetooth pairing and a second stack flaw are required to turn the bypass into code execution as the low-privileged phone user.
