Service interruption via unbounded URL response header

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Unpoly unpoly-rails before 2.7.2.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt service with a long URL. The set_up_request_echo_headers method copies the unbounded request URL into X-Up-Location instead of limiting or omitting the user-controlled value. The Rails application must sit behind a load balancer using passive health checks; an oversized response header can cause that instance's temporary removal.
