Authenticated data-directory path disclosure via provisioning API

Information disclosure in affected Nextcloud Server and Enterprise Server releases allows remote authenticated users to read the data-directory path. The provisioning API's cloud/user endpoint includes storageLocation in ordinary user-data responses instead of restricting that field to administrators. A valid account and a single GET request suffice; affected ranges are 24.0.0 through 24.0.9 and 25.0.0 through 25.0.3, plus Enterprise 23.0.0 through 23.0.13, 24.0.0 through 24.0.9, and 25.0.0 through 25.0.3.
