Unrestricted file upload in ITPison OMICARD EDM allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands through its backend. The backend file-upload function accepts dangerous executable file types without restricting them, then permits the uploaded files to run. Exploitation requires administrator privileges and local-area-network access; successful use executes arbitrary commands or interrupts the service.
