XXE in Jenkins Phabricator Differential Plugin 2.1.5 and earlier allows attackers to disclose controller secrets or make server-side requests. The Post to Phabricator post-build action parses attacker-controlled coverage reports without disabling XML external entities. An attacker must control a job's coverage-report contents; a crafted entity can read controller files or reach services from the controller.
