Secret extraction and SSRF via unsafe XML parsing

XXE in Jenkins Visual Studio Code Metrics Plugin 1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract controller secrets or induce SSRF. Its XML parser resolves external entities in attacker-controlled VS Code Metrics files instead of disabling them. Exploitation requires control of a metrics file that Jenkins parses; consequences are bounded to controller-file disclosure and server-side requests.
