Unauthorized server connections via non-POST endpoints

CSRF in Jenkins OctoPerf Load Testing Plugin 4.5.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to connect using attacker-specified credentials. Several HTTP endpoints accept state-changing requests without requiring POST, allowing crafted cross-site requests to invoke them. A Jenkins user must interact with attacker-controlled content, and a previously configured Octoperf server must exist; the request can substitute credentials for that connection.
