Credential capture via unchecked connection test

Missing authorization in Jenkins OctoPerf Load Testing Plugin 4.5.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture stored credentials. The connection-test HTTP endpoint accepts an attacker-selected server URL and credentials ID without checking permission, then authenticates to that server with the selected Jenkins credential. Overall/Read access and a credentials ID obtained through another method are required; the attacker-controlled server receives the authentication material.
