Stored XSS via unescaped view URL

Stored XSS in Jenkins Pipeline Aggregator View Plugin 1.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a viewer's browser. The plugin inserts the current view's URL into inline JavaScript without escaping it, causing attacker-controlled URL content to become executable script. Overall/Read permission is sufficient; exploitation requires another user to load the stored view and is limited to actions available in that user's browser session.
