Process termination via GC-invalidated buffer checks

Buffer overrun in Snappier 1.1.0 allows remote attackers to terminate a consuming process via malformed compressed input. The compression and decompression range checks briefly form byte references outside a buffer; GC compaction can move the buffer without updating those references, invalidating the checks and permitting an overrun. Triggering the flaw requires repeated inputs timed with a GC compaction, and the expected protected-memory access raises an exception that terminates the process.
