Account takeover via unauthorized email modification

Privilege escalation in GLPI 0.83 through 9.5.12 and 10.0.0 through 10.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts. The user-account email update path accepts changes to another user's address without enforcing authorization for the target account. A low-privileged account can redirect password-reset and notification email, enabling account takeover and disclosure of notification content.
