Baseband service interruption via fragment reassembly overflow

Integer overflow in Samsung Exynos 1280, Exynos 2200, and Exynos Modem 5300 allows remote attackers to interrupt baseband service. The SmdtIp4Rx::ProcessFragments path and its callees insufficiently validate IPv4 fragment parameters, allowing reassembly arithmetic to cause a heap buffer overflow. The attack requires network delivery of crafted IPv4 fragments and no user interaction; published evidence establishes availability loss but not its exact failure mode.
