Stored XSS via unescaped relationship tooltip

Cross-site scripting in MISP before 2.4.169 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted relationship tooltip. The event-graph JavaScript inserted relationship comments directly into tooltip HTML; the fix escapes rel.comment before assigning the title. Exploitation requires a user to view an event graph containing attacker-controlled relationship data, after which script executes with that user's browser privileges and can read or alter data available to that session.
