Kernel-memory disclosure via mismatched seg6 HMAC lengths

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel before 6.0-rc5 allows local users to disclose kernel memory via crafted netlink data. In seg6_genl_sethmac, SEG6_ATTR_SECRETLEN can exceed the actual SEG6_ATTR_SECRET length, causing memcpy to read up to 64 bytes past the socket buffer into skb_shared_info. Privileged local access is required to submit the configuration message; the copied bytes can then be retrieved by dumping SRv6 HMAC state.
