Memory corruption via expired IPv6 prefix timer

Double free in Qualcomm Snapdragon Netmgr allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory when an IPv6 prefix timer expires. Netmgr releases an IPv6 prefix timer object again after its lifetime expires while the daemon obtains an IPv6 address. The path requires local high-privilege access and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the affected device.
