Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon core services allows local users to alter data or interrupt service through a Diag command. The Diag handler processes a command that configures event listeners without sufficient input validation, corrupting memory in the core-services context. Local access is required; Qualcomm reports integrity and availability impact but no confidentiality impact and does not disclose the malformed field or exact memory operation.
