Local memory disclosure via WLAN buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN HAL allows local users with low privileges to disclose memory through the reception status handler. The closed-source handler reads beyond a buffer boundary, but Qualcomm has not published the field, length, or missing bounds check involved. The required gate is local low-privileged access, with memory disclosure and limited WLAN service interruption but no data modification.
