Credential disclosure via plaintext trace files

Information disclosure in IBM MQ 8.0, 9.0, and 9.1 allows local users to obtain credentials from plaintext trace files. The tracing logic captures sensitive data from detailed technical errors and writes it unencrypted into MQ trace files. Exposure requires MQ tracing to be running and local access to the resulting files; it permits credential theft without modifying messages or service state.
