Settings manipulation via missing nonce validation
Published Nov 12, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in MotoPress Hotel Booking Lite 4.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter plugin settings through forged requests. The render and onLoad functions accept state-changing requests without correct WordPress nonce validation, allowing booking rules, taxes, and fees to be changed. Exploitation requires a site administrator with an active session to open an attacker-controlled link or page; the documented consequence is unauthorized configuration changes.
