RBAC bypass via filesystem-modified UDF code

Improper access control in TigerGraph Enterprise 3.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to bypass database RBAC via modified UDF code. The platform accepts C/C++ UDF source from the filesystem, compiles and installs it, but does not preserve an administrator-controlled trust boundary around that code. Filesystem access to the remote host is required; altered UDF behavior can change database operations outside the attacker's assigned roles.
