Stored XSS in Concrete CMS 9.0 through 9.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through uploaded-file tags. The file-tagging path stores tag values without sanitization and later renders them in the Dashboard file details page. A user with file-management privileges must save a crafted tag, and another user must view the file details page, triggering JavaScript in that viewer's browser.
