Cookie disclosure via missing security attributes
Published Apr 28, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Missing cookie protections in Concrete CMS 8.5.12 and earlier and 9.0 through 9.1.3 allow remote attackers to steal ccmPoll cookie values. The Survey Block Controller creates ccmPoll cookies without Secure and HttpOnly attributes, exposing them to cleartext transport and script access. Exploitation requires interception of an HTTP request or a separate script-execution foothold, and disclosure is limited to the poll cookie.
