Local memory disclosure via freed GPU memory access

Use-after-free in affected Arm Mali GPU Kernel Driver releases before r43p0 allows local users to read previously freed GPU memory. The driver permits non-privileged GPU processing operations to reference memory after its lifetime ends instead of blocking the stale access. Access requires a local non-privileged account and a supported Mali GPU; the documented consequence is memory disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
