Local system crash via unlocked kTLS getsockopt

Race condition in the Linux kernel 6.2.6 and earlier allows local users to crash the system through concurrent kTLS socket options. The do_tls_getsockopt_conf function reads ctx->crypto_send.info without holding the socket lock while do_tls_setsockopt_conf error paths can free or clear that state. Exploitation requires local access, a kernel built with TLS support, and winning the high-complexity race, resulting in a use-after-free or NULL pointer dereference.
