DNS resolution interruption via malformed UDP responses

Denial of service in CoreDNS before 1.11.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt DNS resolution by forging a UDP response to a resolver source port. In plugin/pkg/proxy/connect.go, Proxy.Connect formerly treated any UDP ReadMsg parsing error as terminal, closed the upstream connection, and stopped waiting for a valid response. Exploitation requires a forged malformed response to reach the resolver's active source port, but the transaction ID need not be guessed; successful attacks make ordinary lookups time out.
