Authentication bypass in ProPump & Controls Osprey Pump Controller 1.01 allows remote attackers to create accounts without credentials. The account-creation workflow accepts a new user registration without first requiring or validating an existing user's credentials. The resulting account grants remote controller access that can modify data, disrupt pump operation, or shut down the controller.
